My Coaching Process

During our initial consultation, we will discuss your availability and determine what schedule works best for you. Most clients prefer to meet once a week via call or Zoom. Each coaching session lasts 60 minutes or sometimes if time permeates 15-30 minutes longer. We will work on desired outcomes and build a step-by-step protocol for each week. We will discuss every element of your health that needs to be transformed. These include:

Nutrition is the starting point of great health. The food and supplements you consume will determine your level of health. We only recommend food that has a high nutritional value and will be beneficial to your body type.

Health coaches are behavior and motivation experts. They partner with clients who are seeking to improve their well-being and provide them with the knowledge, skills & motivation to make lasting lifestyle changes.
A health coach can provide a range of guidance depending on area(s) of practice and specific client need(s). This may include guidance on ways of eating, lifestyle adjustments, healthy habit creation, accountability, positive reinforcement and more.

A health coach does not diagnose conditions or prescribe any individualized treatments.
