During our initial consultation, we will discuss your availability and determine what schedule works best for you. Most clients prefer meeting once a week via call or Zoom. Each coaching session lasts 60 minutes, sometimes extending 15-30 minutes longer if time permits. We will work toward your desired outcomes and build a step-by-step protocol for each week. We'll address every element of your health that needs transformation, including:

Nutrition is the starting point of great health. The food and supplements you consume determine your health level. We only recommend foods with high nutritional value that will benefit your body type.

We start your anti-aging process using biohacking techniques that combine ancient wisdom with modern science. It all begins with testing, followed by removing toxins and regenerating cells, so you can perform at your optimal level.
