I had to turn to eBay to find one, eventually purchasing a bottle from Korea. Fast forward to today, and there’s now a company called Q Life that sells these bottles in the US. It’s amazing how much has changed in just a few years! The bottle I have is similar to this one offered by Q Life, it’s from a different brand but the essential technology is the same.
These hydrogen-generating bottles are easy to maintain since they don’t have filters. All you need to do is clean them regularly. To use the bottle, simply fill it with filtered water and press the button. My bottle has two settings: one for a 2-minute cycle and another for a 20-minute cycle, the 20-minute cycle is meant for individuals with more severe health concerns.
Part of my morning routine
Every morning, I take my vitamins with hydrogen water, and I find that it gives me a significant energy boost! Particularly when I add the hydrogen pills to my water.
I typically drink hydrogen water once or twice a day. For those suffering from inflammation or chronic diseases, it’s recommended to consume hydrogen water more frequently to help regenerate cells. However, if you’re generally healthy, consuming 16 ounces of hydrogen water twice a day should suffice.

Use clean water
I installed a whole-house water filtration system because I found out that the water in Palm Springs, where I live, has high levels of arsenic. I do heavy metal testing once a year, and after moving here, my arsenic levels went up like crazy. Now that I have the filtration system, I don’t have that problem anymore.
If you live in an apartment, you can use shower filters. Just remember to change them every three months or so, depending on how many showers you take, to keep them working effectively. And stay away from plastic water bottles! The water inside is considered “dead,” and the plastic can leach into it, adding heavy metals to your body and potentially causing autoimmune diseases. Instead, buy water in glass bottles and make sure it’s natural, spring water of high quality.
