SHIPPING POLICY AND TERMS
When placing an order with NN you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees as well as the cost of return shipping to NN. Also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days upon receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed,
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- No refunds, exchange only on sale items.
- All sale items that are 60% off or more are final sale.
- Customer is responsible for return shipment.
- Original shipping charges if any are non-refundable.
- Returns may take 7-10 business days to process on our end, thank you for your patience.
- Refunds will be issued within 7-14 days of receipt. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (usually 3-5 business days).
- If we do not have the item you want to be exchanged for in stock we will refund you.

Save the shipping receipt for your records. Please note: Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the receipt of your return, provided that your e-mail address is included on your return/exchange mail to email@example.com
Exchanges: Specify they exchange an item and the new color/size/style on the return/ exchange mail to firstname.lastname@example.org , include the request in your return package. Simply ship it back to us and we will send your new item free of shipping charges. If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake made by Natalianalia.com or because of quality issues, we will reimburse you with store credit for the shipping costs.
